How many clubs can I join?
Every student at Ujung University is required to join at least 1 club upon entering the university. Can't choose? Good news! You can join up to 3 clubs!

Can I be a club president?
Of course you can! Club presidents will be chosen by the club members 3 days after the opening day, to allow for students to join and get to know each other. We would need a dedicated and hardworking leader so you will only be allowed to apply for the president role after you have reached 500 tweets.

What if I suddenly get busy and can't commit to my club later?
You may file a request to the Administration Office for a Vice President or Secretary to help you with the presidential role for a certain period. Please state your reasons and your unavailability period in the application. We will review your application and we may reject your request if we find it unnecessary.

I can't choose which club should I apply for the president role, can I be president for all of my clubs?
We love your passion and eagerness to lead the clubs. Unfortunately, we would love to give the chance to the other students to experience the leadership roles too. Therefore, one student can only hold 1 president role.

What would be my task and responsibility as a club president?
You will be in charge as your club representative to communicate with the Ujung University Administration Office regarding almost everything related to your club. You will also be the one to submit your club's weekly activity report.

I want to create my own club, is that possible?
It sure is! We believe clubs will foster lots of social interaction and creativity for the students. Please feel free to message the administration if you would like to form a club that does not exist yet! We welcome all ideas. However, you will only be allowed to create new club once you have officially become Ujung University students for 3 days, with 500 tweets. We will review your application and we may reject your application if we find it irrelevant and inappropriate.

Do I have to be president for my own newly created club?
Yes. When you're creating new club, you're automatically the president of the club. We encourage passion and creativity but we also want our students to be a responsible person.

I suddenly feel like leaving my club and join a new one, can I do that?
Students are allowed to file a request to change clubs at the Administration Office (Base) with a gap of 1 week between each change.

Can I get the whole university to join my club?
We love unity, but unfortunately one club can only have a maximum number of 10 members. Don't worry though! The other club members can still participate and join your club's activities and events.

What is club activity?
Clubs are required to participate in 1 group club activity every week. At the end of each week, the president of each club must report to the university social media account regarding the weekly group activity. If a club goes 2 consecutive weeks without planning or participating in a club activity, the president must step down. With too little activity or no willingness to take over the president role, the club will be disbanded at the student council’s discretion.

Can I join another club's activities?
We encourage clubs to host activities in which all students can participate.
